Brian Crook, Chairman and Founder of The Vintage Malt Whisky company was invited to enter the esteemed Keepers of the Quaich Society and inducted at the bi-annual ceremony at Blair Castle on Monday 7th October 2019.

The Keepers of the Quaich is a Scotch Whisky society founded to acknowledge those who have contributed greatly to the Scotch industry.  This prestigious honour was given to Brian Crook in recognition of over 40 years outstanding contribution to the industry.

Brian is thrilled with this accolade: “I am honoured to have been invited to be part of this prestigious Society as recognition for my years dedicated to the Scotch Industry and particularly with the global success that The Vintage Malt Whisky Company has become.  Twenty-seven years ago, when I made the huge leap to start my own company from our family home in Bearsden, I never imagined the success it would go on to achieve.

Being made a Keeper of the Quaich is a fantastic reward for the years of hard work that have gone into The Vintage Malt Whisky Company.  I am so very proud to have been recognized by the Scotch industry and the Keepers of the Quaich Society for creating a successful family company which will be my legacy in many years to come.

Brian attended the banquet with his wife Carol who helped him create The Vintage Malt Whisky Company along with his 3 children all of whom work for the family business.
